Dental Bridges
Dental bridges are fixed restorations that fill the gap left by one or more missing teeth. They use one or more neighbouring teeth as supports and carry a custom‑made replacement tooth (or teeth) to complete your smile.
Traditional bridge
This is the most common option. Crowns are placed on the teeth either side of the gap and joined by a replacement tooth in the middle.Cantilever bridge
This option is used when there is a supporting tooth on only one side of the gap. The replacement tooth is anchored to one or more teeth on that side.Implant supported bridge
Ideal when you have several missing teeth in a row. Implants are used to support a custom bridge of linked crowns, to fill and secure the entire gap.A bridge is often recommended when you are missing a tooth but still have strong neighboring teeth. Replacing the gap helps you bite more evenly, protects the remaining teeth from drifting, and supports the natural shape of your face.

Having a bridge is similar to having a crown. The supporting teeth are gently reshaped so the bridge can fit comfortably over them.
We then take a precise scan or impression to design your custom bridge, which is made in our dental lab. A temporary bridge protects your teeth while the final one is crafted. Once it is ready, the temporary bridge is removed, and your new bridge is securely cemented in place.
Keeping a good oral hygiene, having regular check-ups and professional cleaning is important to maintain the health of dental bridges.
With good home care and routine visits, a dental bridge will typically last 5–7 years, and in many cases longer.
