Payment Policy

In line with GDC standards on transparency, fairness, and effective communication, the practice operates an upfront payment policy to ensure clarity regarding treatment costs and appointment planning.

Under this policy, full payment is required at least two working days prior to the booked appointment for the planned treatment, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the practice. Patients will be informed of any treatment fees in advance, and a written treatment plan will be provided.

Failure to complete the required payment within this timeframe may result in the appointment being postponed or cancelled, allowing the practice to manage clinical time effectively and fairly for all patients.

This policy supports the practice in:
– being open and transparent about fees,
– managing appointments and clinical time responsibly,
– and maintaining a high standard of patient care.

This policy applies to all treatments and patients, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance with practice management.
