Teeth in a Day

What is Teeth in a Day?

Teeth in a Day is an advanced implant technique that allows us to remove failing teeth, place implants and fit a fixed temporary bridge in one carefully planned visit. Instead of placing many individual implants, our clinicians use 4–6 strategically positioned implants (often known as All‑on‑4) to restore a whole arch, reducing treatment time and helping healing.

This approach is designed for patients who want to move quickly from loose dentures or severely damaged teeth to a fixed, functional smile. As with all implant treatments, regular reviews and professional cleaning are essential to protect your result over the long term.

A confident new smile in just one day

Teeth in a Day is a full arch of fixed teeth, placed and restored in a single day, so you can walk out with a stable, confident smile rather than a gap.

For suitable cases, our Teeth in a Day package uses 4 dental implants to support a long‑term fixed temporary bridge, giving you secure function and natural‑looking teeth from the moment you leave the clinic. The final bridge is fitted after your implants have fully integrated, completing your new smile.

How the procedure works

After detailed planning and 3D imaging, 4 dental implants are placed into the jawbone under local anaesthetic (sometimes 6, depending on bone quality and case complexity). A custom acrylic bridge is then fixed to these implants on the same day, so you leave with teeth that feel secure for eating, speaking and smiling.

Once the implants have fully integrated, we replace this long‑term temporary bridge with your final, precisely crafted bridge, refining the fit, bite and aesthetics to match your face and desired smile.

Benefits of Teeth in a Day

  • New fixed teeth in a single visit, so you do not have to spend months with gaps or loose dentures
  • In many cases, we can use your existing jawbone without additional bone grafts or sinus lifts, simplifying treatment
  • Fewer surgical stages and a shorter healing timeline compared with traditional multi‑step implant treatment, which can also make the overall cost more manageable.

A practical guide and frequently asked questions

Why we use temporary teeth first

After surgery, we fit a long‑term temporary bridge so you can eat, speak and smile while your implants heal. This bridge protects the implants, allows your gums and bite to settle, and gives the bone time to bond securely to the implants before we place your final, long‑lasting bridge.

Are Teeth in a Day safe?

Yes. When carefully planned and carried out by experienced clinicians on suitable patients, Teeth in a Day is considered a safe, well‑researched treatment. After surgery, we fit a long‑term temporary bridge so your implants can integrate fully with the jawbone before we place your final teeth.

Am I eligible for the procedure?

Suitability is assessed on a case‑by‑case basis. At your consultation, our implant dentists will examine your mouth, review scans and check that you have enough healthy jawbone and gum support for immediate full‑arch implants. They will then advise whether Teeth in a Day is the right option for you or if an alternative treatment would be safer and more predictable.
